A PERFECT PENTACLE,

SPIRIT AT TOP.

Decide on the size for your Pentacle.

Draw a single line fairly central on a sheet of paper/parchment/imagination. This will be the line between Air and Water.

Draw a rectangle based on this line with the sides half the size of the “Air-Water” line. The Air-Water line must be the base of this rectangle not the top.

Add in a diagonal from the Air side upper corner to the Water side lower corner of the rectangle. Should end up roughly as in diagram.

Mark a point on the diagonal, using B as the start point, the same length as one of the sides. e.g the length B to D, must be the same as B to Air. It should not be in the centre

Mark the distance from “D to Water” along the Air/Water line. Once from each end of the Air-Water line.

With a compass you now need to draw an arc from Air/F upward and Water/E upwards so that the lines arcs cross at about G.

You now have all the points you need to draw the Pentacle.

Draw a line from G through E the same length as the Air/Water line and from G through F the same. The ends of these lines form the points for Fire and Earth and G is Spirit. Join up into a Pentacle and use as you wish.

Important note: Even if you cannot follow these instructions and your Pentacles look like the work of a drunken spider the important point is the Love and Devotion with which it is drawn and not how accurate it is!!!
